1. What accessories do you sell?

We mainly carry products that make your EO life more convenient and fashionable. We have necklace diffusers, bracelet diffusers, clip-on car diffusers, glass roller bottles, spray bottles, tool keys, crate storage, travel case, storage boxes and many more. We do NOT sell essential oils. Just accessories.

2. How do I pay for my order?

Payments are accepted via PayPal. No PayPal account? No worries, you can pay via Credit or Debit card. After clicking Check out and confirming your shipping address and method, click Complete Order and you will be rerouted to a secured Paypal Page. There you can choose to either pay via your Paypal account or choose the option to pay via credit card or debit card instead. See image below.

3. To which countries do you ship?

We offer FREE shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia.
 

4. How soon will my order be delivered?

When you are on the Shipping options, you will be given options for shipping methods available in your country, along with the number of days it will take before the product gets to you. You can choose among options like: Standard Free Shipping,  Fast Track It! Shipping, or if you are willing to pay for fast and convenient shipping, you can choose Fedex or DHL as shipping method but you'll have to pay more.

We also offer Premium Free Shipping using DHL/Fedex if your order amount reaches a threshold. (Example: Orders of $75 and above qualify for DHL Shipping, arriving at your doorstep within 6-13 days).

 

5. Do you accept product returns and refunds?

We do not accept refunds except if the product was never received. But if your received product qualifies in the details below for qualified returns, then we will refund your money using the same method payment you used to pay us.

Detailed below are valid reasons for returns:

  • Product did not meet its description. <Pls state in the email what are the discrepancies against your expectation.>
  • Damaged upon receipt of order. <Pls take a photo of both product and package it arrived in and include in the email the look of the damaged product upon receipt.>
  • Wrong item. This is not what I ordered. <Take a photo of what you received and include it in the email.>
  • Missing parts or items. <Take a photo of the product received, email it and mention which part is missing based on the product description.>

Below are not valid reasons for returns:

  • Purchased a wrong product.
  • Purchased more than what is needed.
  • Change of mind.

6. How do I return a product?

First, review above if you are qualified to return or refund.

Send a mail to returns@eoaccessories.com, indicate photos of products being returned and mention reasons for returning.

Please wait for response as to where you can ship back the products after our team reviews that your case is valid for returns.

Then we will email you the next steps including address to return the product to. And also to confirm you that payment refund is being processed. 

 

7. What do I do if my order has not yet arrived and is past the expected number of shipping days?

We give a tracking number once your order has been processed and your payment has been validated. You are free to check the progress of your delivery from that tracking code. We have efficient partner couriers but if still you have not received it and is stuck somewhere, please let us know and we will help out contacting our partner courier. Email us at contactus@eoaccessories.com. (Note: there are countries in which our couriers have no available tracking method, we apologize for this.)

 8. Are there other charges that I should be aware of?

Depending on your country, the receiving country may charge you Customs or Import Tax before you can get the shipped item from the courier. This is because the products came from overseas. We also do not charge you tax when these goods are sold to you from our site, so it really depends on the policies in your home country.
