Here are the best blends you can use to keep a healthy and nourished skin. These are very easy to DIY, mix up and create. Make your own and replace those that you have at home and see how essential oils can help you have that glowing and young-looking skin.

1) Facial Moisturizer

1 OZ. ARGAN OIL (BASE OIL)
4 DROPS LAVENDER
6 DROPS FRANKINCENSE
2 DROPS ORANGE (OPTIONAL)

 

2) Anti-Aging Eye Cream

2 DROPS FRANKINCENSE
2 DROPS GERANIUM
2 DROPS LAVENDER
1 TSP. RAW HONEY
2 TBSP. SHEA BUTTER

3) Hand Cream

1 /4 C UNREFINED SHEA BUTTER
1/8 C CARRIER OIL (FCO)
1 TBSP. BEESWAX
MELT IN GLASS JAR BEFORE PUTTING EOS
TOTAL 20-30 DROPS OF MYRRH, PEPPERMINT,
CEDARWOOD, ROMAN CHAMOMILE, LAVENDER

 

4) Skin Toner

3 DROPS GERANIUM
3 DROPS LAVENDER
4 DROPS FRANKINCENSE
8 OZ. WATER

 

5) Reduce Cellulite

5 DROPS GRAPEFRUIT EO
2 TSP. COCONUT OIL
MASSAGE INTO THOSE DIMPLED AREAS.

 

6) Soothe a Sunburn

MAKE A SPRAY MIST:
1/2 CUP WATER
5 DROPS LAVENDER
5 DROPS PEPPERMINT

7) For Thick Black Hair

2 OZ. CARRIER OIL (JOJOBA)
8 DROPS ROSEMARY
8 DROPS YLANG YLANG
8 DROPS LAVENDER

 

8) Cure Dandruff

5 DROPS ROSEMARY EO
5 DROPS LAVENDER EO
3 TBSP. COCONUT OIL
MASSAGE AND LEAVE FOR 10 MINS.
SHAMPOO OUT AND RINSE.

9) Eyelashes Booster

1 DROP LAVENDER
1 DROP CEDARWOOD
MIX IN CARRIER OIL

 

10) Detox the Skin of Chlorine, from Swimming

5 DROPS LEMON
3 DROPS LAVENDER
2 DROPS PEPPERMINT
2 DROPS FRANK
CARRIER OIL
Apply this at bottom of the feet.

Careful with using Citrus Oils like Lemon, Lime as these are photo-sensitive oils. You should only put them at night, or bottoms of the feet or body parts that will not be exposed to the sun. If you have used this on your skin, stay away from direct sunlight for at least 12 hours to avoid skin irritations, rashes or sunburns.
